Consistent walking and monitoring of properties and inspections on your boats or cars ensures we are able to give you relevant up to date information.
FP Management works with both small and large management projects. We project manage renovations and new builds to ensure that contractors are completing jobs on time, on budget and ensuring the work is completed properly. We oversee the work being completed so we can keep you up to date on the schedules and work being completed.
FP Management also takes care of vehicles and boats to ensure licensing and insurance are up to date. We setup maintenance and cleaning plans whether you are always on island on need to ensure things are taken care of while you are away. You never have to worry about the reliability or cleanliness of your prized possessions.
FP management staff have been in involved in all types of client services and bring a wealth of local knowledge to assist you with outside introductions for all aspects of your life. We can make relevant and inciteful introductions to leaders across many industries, including but not limited to construction, repairs, insurance, gardening, banking and finance.

FP Management is able to assist you with new and exciting ideas from landscaping, to upgrades for your vehicles and homes. Staying on top of current trends and the newest technology available to get you products that you can be happy with in the future.
EXECUTION
FP Management oversees the building, repairs, and upgrades on your behalf to ensure that the work being completed is on time, on budget and of the highest quality available. We can assist with decision making utilizing our knowledge and resources to ensure that you are happy with your final product.
COMPLETION
Once the project has been completed and both FP Management and the client is happy with completed work we ensure that everything is signed off correctly so that no surprises arise down the road. Sign offs can be done in person or remotely.
