Project Description

Fp Management was brought in to refinish the walls along the dock spaces at a clients property.  Extensive repair work was undertaken on weather and water damaged areas.  Walls were repainted and high efficiency RGB app controlled LED lighting was installed for an updated seamless look.  Dock pedestal wiring was replaced and pedestals were repaired.  The old wooden decking was removed and replaced with new products that have longer lifespans and better storm protection.  Old dock wall post lights were replaced with newer more modern solar lights.
